Useful information about the BBU courses

Who is the course for?

All the courses are designed to accommodate any participants regardless of the qualification they previously achieved. Instructors actively involved in Pilates or any other exercise activities are- of course- welcome to sign up for our courses.

The maximum number of participants is 16.
The minimum required number of participants is 6.

Where do the courses take place?

Our courses take place on the premises of myPilates ACADEMY which you can view either on our website or personally when you come to visit; we will gladly show you round. If you wish, come and join us in the introductory class held for general public or individual class (both classes are necessary to book in advance at the reception at 602 603 603).

Accreditation

Our courses were approved in the form of educational re-training programs in accordance with the ordinance no. 524/2004 Coll., issued by the MŠMT (the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports). As a result, based on a certificate documenting successful completion of the course you can obtain a business license for Pilates teaching.

How to successfully complete the certification process?

The courses end in the examinations. To be awarded a BBU certificate it is necessary to attend a given amount of Pilates courses in the role of a student as well as an instructor and to demonstrate adequate knowledge from the field of anatomy, and in some cases reach a required earlier level in Pilates exercises.
Once the examinations have been successfully completed and all the requirements fulfilled, a trainee will be awarded a BBU Instructor certificate for a given course level.
