Introductory Lesson

Whether you decide to take individual or group lessons, you will gain fundamental theoretical information about the Pilates exercise method during the introductory hour. It may seem to you that there is a lot of information to absorb. Do not let yourself get discouraged! You cannot learn Pilates in one or two lessons! Of course, it depends on a lot of things, on individual abilities, on whether or not you have been engaged in some form of physical activity till now, on your learning capacity, on your effort and enthusiasm, on your awareness of your body - all these factors will affect how quickly you are able to penetrate into the essence of Pilates exercise, which is powerhouse and proper breathing.

What definitely remains certain, however, is that Pilates exercise can be done by anyone.

Pilates is exercise:

  • For men and women
  • Without age limitation
  • Without the necessity of previous movement experience
