Details about our courses
Each individual part of the course is introduced by an in-depth theoretical training of exercises incorporated into it. However, plenty of space will also be left for practical demonstrations, questions and deepening of acquired knowledge. In the following month the course participants are given time to practice and master new exercises on their own. The entire course (not its individual parts) results in the examinations during which the course participants are expected to demonstrate adequate theoretical knowledge, practical experience, understanding of exercises, and ability to prepare as well as conduct a Pilates class.
The anatomy test is integrated into the examinations from Matwork 1+2. The anatomy class covers all the material necessary for Pilates courses and is held separately over the weekend.
The anatomy class is in Czech.
Note:
It is possible to sign up just for one part within the course (for example just for Matwork 1). When successfully completed, a course participant is going to receive a certificate of graduation from this individual part; this certificate will also serve as documentation relevant to final certification process.
However, please remember that this certificate DOES NOT entitle you to obtain a Business license. Business license can only be obtained after a successful completion of the entire course (BBU – MAT Instructor, BBU – REFORMER Instructor or BBU – PILATES Instructor).
